You can download a free Adobe Acrobat reader from the Adobe web site by clicking  the Acrobat button at the bottom of this page.  To submit your request for quotation, send the completed form with any supporting documents (drawings, sketches and other specifications) by mail or overnight package service to:

Please do not fax drawings as the received image quality is often inadequate to easily interpret drawings.  The speed of completing our quotation for you will be dependent on the clarity and completeness of the information you supply. 

To help us better serve you, tell us about your application, your industry and your past experience with similar keyboard products.  Our experience spanning over two decades shows that a formal drawing usually contains only half of the total requirements.  Other unstated requirements may include special packaging, additional quality systems requirements, critical fits, etc.
