  • Proven assembly methods developed from decades of custom keyboard manufacturing experience
  • Assembly tooling and fixtures use key features for dependable repeatability on every assembly
  • Configuration Management is controlled by formal Bills of Material, piece part drawings, assembly drawings, manufacturing instructions, and packaging instructions.  Formal engineering and manufacturing drawings are released and revised under a formal engineering change order procedure.
  • State-of-the-art embossing, laminating and die cutting equipment
  • Computer-controlled custom color matching by spectrophotometer assures repeatable colors lot to lot
  • Custom color matches from any color standard such as Pantone Matching System (PMS), Munsel, Federal Standard 595, or matching to molded plastic or painted samples
  • Electronic assembly including through-hole and surface-mounted components
  • Separate manufacturing areas and processes maintained for both leaded soldering and RoHS materials soldering to satisfy military assembly requirements and industrial assembly requirements
  • Programmable test equipment used for 100% functional testing for most keyboard assemblies
  • Custom, dedicated test equipment used for non-standard and electronic keyboard functional testing
